A "big" sounding song. A bit of an experiment for me. Written on the spot in the studio...

Honestly? I've always wanted a Gretsch Country Gentleman. I think Mike Nesmith of the Monkees played one and I thought he was the coolest.
Years later, I heard Neil Young's rock & roll (He owns a number of Gretsch White Falcons) and that was it. Smitten.
All Gretschs. The ones with Bigsby/vibrato tailpiece and all:
For my new acquisition, I saved my coins, didn't eat for a spell...and bought one.
Anyway: What you hear on this track is the first song from it...
Pretty much straight outta the case, I wrote this, cobbled some lyrics together, sang 'em and then tended to the parts...and here's what showed up.
